Full Journal pdf2013-04-14 House Journal Page 1272 SB 95 The following, which was read the third time and moved to the bottom of the calendar (page 1263), was before the House: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 95(FIN) "An Act relating to the compensation, allowances, geographic differentials in pay, and leave of certain public officials, officers, and employees not covered by collective bargaining agreements; relating to the compensation and geographic differentials in pay of certain justices and judges; relating to certain petroleum engineers and petroleum geologists employed by the Department of Natural Resources; relating to increased pay for certain partially exempt 2013-04-14 House Journal Page 1273 employees of the state in specific circumstances; making conforming amendments; and providing for an effective date." **The presence of Representative Nageak, who was excused (page 1245), was noted. The question being: "Shall HCS CSSB 95(FIN) pass the House?" Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HCS CSSB 95(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
